We
Work With Accountants
As
a respected accountant, you are always looking for ways to safeguard
your clients' financial well-being. Encouraging your clients to
develop a will and/or trust is just one phase of estate planning
that you know will help ensure the remaining family members' future.
At
Saleman and Pack-Rayman, we understand that working with a trusted
law firm helps you service your clients with greater care. That's
why we would like to partner with you to provide expertise in
the area of wills and trusts.
Nancy
Pack-Rayman of Saleman and Pack-Rayman, Attorneys at Law, graduated
from UCLA School of Law and has been practicing law in California
for over 16 years. She has developed two will/trust packages that
are designed specifically for the middle-income families you service.
In
order to maintain accuracy and make sure that all tax factors
are propery taken into account, we work with our client's accountant.
When you audit these packages for Saleman and Pack-Rayman, you
will:
- Make sure that your client's interests are taken care
of with the utmost care and accuracy
- Generate additional income by charging your normal fees to
the client for performing administrative work for trusts.
- Protect
your clients' assets by relieving them of the "death tax," as
a properly prepared and executed living trust can exempt up
to $3 million of assets from estate taxes in 2004.
- Become
a more trusted advisor to your clients.
- Expand
on the services you provide and thus increase your revenue stream.
- Increase
your client base, as the executor of these estates will most
likely retain the accountant who was involved with the creation
of the revocable living trust.
We
will gladly supply you with informational brochures to distribute
to your clients. Feel free to mail our brochures with your tax
organizers, mention them in your cover letters with correspondence,
hand them to clients in your office, display them in your waiting
room or enclose them with your clients' tax packages.
